Several years of Post-Graduate studies with Specialties in Muscle Energy Techniques of the Spine and Ribs, Biomechanics of the Foot/Ankle and treating running injuries, PhotoBioModulation/Laser Treatment and also Butler-trained and Certified in Pain Neuro-Dynamics and Mobilization of the Nervous System.
South African National Freestyle Wrestling Champion and World Team Member. USA Wrestling Silver Certified Coach and accompanied the U.S. World Wrestling Team to the 2014 World Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Volunteered at multiple international sporting events. Recently accompanied USA Greco Roman Wrestling Team to Denmark where they competed against 15 Nations and completed a 16-day training camp in preparation for the World Team Trials. Covered events such as the US Open in Las Vegas in 2015 and accompanied the US National Schoolboys and Schoolgirls teams to Santiago, Chile as they competed for 7 days in the Pan American Championships.
